EverOwn is operated by Gerald van Dalen, registered as a sole proprietorship in the Netherlands.

What we collect
Account data
- Email address (required)
- Name (optional)
- Password (securely stored, never readable)
Home data
- Names and addresses of homes you enter
- Assets you add (appliances, systems, renovations)
- Events and history you record
- Documents and photos you upload
- Notes and descriptions you write
Technical data
- IP address (for security, not for tracking)
- Browser type (for compatibility)
- Error logs (to fix problems)
Payment data
- Fully handled by Stripe
- We never see or store your card number
- We receive: subscription status, billing email
What we don't collect
- Location tracking
- Browsing history
- Data from other apps
- Social media profiles
- Advertising identifiers
Why we collect it

Where we store it
- Servers: European Union (Netherlands / Germany)
- File storage: European Union
- Email delivery: Resend (US, GDPR compliant)
- Payments: Stripe (US, GDPR compliant)
Your home data never leaves the EU.
Who has access
- You: Full access to your data
- Home members: Access based on role (owner/editor/viewer)
- Us: Technical access only for support and maintenance
- No one else: We don't sell or share your data
We may provide data if legally required (court order, law enforcement), but we'll inform you if permitted.
How long we keep it

- Portability — Get your data in a usable format
